Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also find your order number and tracking details by:
- Checking your order confirmation and shipping notification emails (don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see them)
- Logging into your account on our website and viewing your recent orders
- Contacting our customer care team if you haven’t received any tracking information

Frequently Asked Questions
I haven’t received a tracking number yet.
Tracking numbers are sent once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier. This typically happens within 1-3 business days after you place your order. If you haven’t received a tracking email after three business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
My tracking number isn’t showing any updates.
It can take 24-48 hours for a newly issued tracking number to show movement in the carrier’s system. If your tracking status hasn’t updated after 48 hours, it may still be in transit between scanning points. International shipments, in particular, may experience gaps in tracking updates while passing through customs.
Why is my package delayed?
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, extreme weather, or other factors outside our control. If your package appears to be stuck at a particular status for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
