Processing Time
All orders undergo order verification, quality check, and packaging before dispatch. We ship most items within 48 hours, with all orders sent to our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days after placement.
During peak seasons, new collection launches, or when items experience stock availability issues, processing may take 2-5 business days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

- Due to tariff issues and the current international situation, customs clearance time may be extended, and logistics timelines may be affected to varying degrees.

Order Cancellation
- Within 3 hours: Free cancellation.
- 3-10 hours: A processing fee of $5 USD per order will be charged.
- After 10 hours: Cancellation of order items is strictly not accepted.

Customs Charges
The prices within our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
Ownci is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Delivery Information
UPS
UPS will deliver your parcel at the delivery address indicated when finalizing your order. If you are not present during delivery:
- Home address: UPS may make another delivery attempt on the following day or drop your parcel at a pick-up point. A note will be left in your mailbox.
- Office address: UPS may make another delivery attempt up to three times. After the third attempt, the parcel will be dropped at a pick-up point or sent back to the sender.
DHL
DHL will deliver your parcel at the address indicated when finalizing your order. If you are not present during delivery:
- Home address: DHL may make another delivery attempt on the following day or drop your parcel at a pick-up point. A note will be left in your mailbox.
- Office address: DHL may make another delivery attempt up to three times. After the third attempt, the parcel will be dropped at a pick-up point or sent back to the sender.
Please note that in some countries, UPS and DHL may deliver your parcel in a safe place instead of directly to you.
COVID-19 & Insurance
Please allow for extra time for delivery as a result of COVID-19 once your package has been dispatched. Our warehouse team continues to dispatch all orders on time and cannot be held accountable for delays resulting from third-party couriers.
Please note that a signature on delivery may not be required as part of DHL/FedEx/UPS COVID social distancing protocols. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure, as we will not be held accountable for packages that are stolen or missing as a result of the “Safe Drop” method.
If you wish to purchase parcel protection and insurance to avoid this from happening, please email us prior to ordering to ensure our team can add this onto your order total.
Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, delivery personnel will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery cannot be arranged, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver’s country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
In the event that your package is refused and returned to Ownci, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-Order Styles
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email [email protected] if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a separate order if any items are urgent.
- Cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed.
- The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only and is not a formal guarantee.
- For an unexpected delay exceeding 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will discuss your options.
Delivery Delays
During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for unexpected delays once the item has been dispatched. These delays are out of the control of Ownci. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may contact the courier directly.
