PRE-ORDER POLICY

We occasionally offer pre-order items, giving you early access to our most anticipated pieces. Please review the following terms before placing a pre-order.


What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item from an upcoming collection before it is officially in stock. These items are still in production at the time you place your order, which means they are not immediately available in our warehouse. During checkout, please verify whether a product is marked as a pre-order.

How long will it take to ship my pre-order?

Wait times vary depending on the specific article. Typically, the estimated production and delivery window is 15–30 working days from the date the item is published on our website. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within three working days.

Please note that the expected delivery date is an estimate only and is not a formal guarantee. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock styles, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those urgent pieces. Please contact us if you need assistance with this.

Delays and communication

The manufacturing process involves several carefully managed steps. While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible. If a delay exceeds 10 business days beyond the originally estimated date, we will be happy to discuss your options, including the possibility of cancellation.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, with some limitations:

  • Pre-orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Simply contact our Customer Care team with your order number.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted, as the production process will have begun.
  • However, if the 30 working day estimated window has been exceeded and your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation at that point.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can update your shipping address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team with your order details as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
